An Ode to Nature
Our wool starts out as a warm coat for sheep as they wander around a hillside.
Occasionally we find a strand of grass or bracken that has gone unnoticed through the dying, spinning and knitting process.
I always ask that these pieces of nature be left on the garment as a reminder and appreciation for the sheep and its natural environment.
Sheep have evolved to produce one of the most breathable, all-weather, natural protections we have. It is durable, warm, renewable and biodegradable.
